PACCAR Parts is offering a Summer Internship in Customer Experience in Renton, WA. The role provides exposure to leadership, mentoring from Customer Service leaders, and hands-on experience in a Fortune 500 company.

Requisition Summary
PACCAR Parts has an exciting Customer Experience summer internship opening at our headquarters in Renton, WA. The selected candidate will work directly with PACCAR Customer Center, gaining exposure and experience in the Customer Experience process.
Learn first-hand from top industry professionals
Work directly with Managers and Senior Managers
Develop mentoring relationships with Customer Service leaders
Gain valuable hands-on experience
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Interface with dealers and end customers and assist with business processes
Collaborate with Customer Center team members to analyze and improve service coordination workflows
Review current business processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction
Support the implementation of process improvements initiatives, including documentation and training materials
Assist with Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects focused on operational excellence
Present findings and recommendation to leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making
Qualifications
Relevant coursework or prior internship experience desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Self-motivation and energetic personality
Team-oriented
Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
This internship is for students currently enrolled in college, junior or senior standing preferred.

Wage Scale or Salary Range
The salary range for our intern positions is as follows
Undergraduate Students: $25.00/Hour
Graduate Students: $30.00/Hour
Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
