Job Description Summary:We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Experience Team and support our talent attraction and recruitment activities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition within an international company operating in the renewable energy sector, contributing to initiatives that help position Nadara as an employer of choice.

Job Description: Key Responsibilities

Support the team throughout the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through different recruitment channels

Support the management of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities

Contribute to employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Communication team

Help build and maintain relationships with universities, schools, and other stakeholders involved in attraction activities

Support the organization of career days, recruiting events, and student engagement initiatives

Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners

What we're looking for

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field (or currently completing studies)

Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and People topics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages such as Spanish or French are a plus

Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS, or HR tools is a plus

Previous experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment is considered a plus

Internship details

6-month internship, with the possibility of a further 6-month extension

€800 net monthly allowance

€8 meal vouchers for each working day

Based in Milan, with a flexible hybrid working model
