Talent Management Intern will support Love’s Talent Management team through research, benchmarking, analysis, project coordination, and preparation of materials that advance team member development and talent-focused initiatives. This role will help evaluate current processes, gather insights from stakeholders, identify themes and opportunities, and develop practical recommendations that support Talent Management priorities across the enterprise. Could require occasional travel to nearby Love’s locations or company events.
