Taste The Future - Manufacturing operations & Leadership Trainee (m/f)

Taste the Future program is a 6- to 9-month full-time internship at Mondelēz International in Bulgaria (Kazichene area) designed to develop the next generation of manufacturing leaders. The internship provides hands-on experience in the food industry with coaching, and a path to permanent roles such as Team Lead or Shift Supervisor. It includes monthly remuneration, meals in the plant canteen, medical insurance, wellbeing programs, and company bus transportation from Sofia to the plant. The role focuses on monitoring production processes, ensuring safety and quality, reducing waste, and driving continuous improvement.
