iTax Intern works with RKL's tax professionals on international tax compliance and strategy. Responsibilities include organizing and uploading tax documents, reconciling tax data input, preparing business and individual tax returns, depreciation and fixed assets projects, and participation in continuous learning and leadership development workshops. Requirements include pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and an interest in CPA designation. Location: Lancaster, PA (on-site); Spring or Summer 2027 internship with potential travel to local/non-local clients.
