Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience across a number of the businesses at TD. During your internship, you'll build practical experience in:
Strategic planning and business transformation
AI, automation, and emerging technology
Data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
Process improvement and operating model design
Executive communications and storytelling
Culture, engagement, and colleague experience initiatives
Governance, risk, and control practices within a large financial institution
You'll also develop valuable skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, data visualization, change management, and executive presentation development
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Communication, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business, or related degree program.
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

This position is a 4-month work term and will commence January 4th 2027 to April 23rd 2027
