Two temporary research assistant positions in the AIMCardio Lab at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Worcester, MA. The roles require expertise in fluid-structure interaction, computational and experimental fluid mechanics, and/or scientific machine learning with applications to cardiovascular diseases and medical devices. The initial appointment is one year with potential renewal; successful candidates are expected to commit to a minimum two-year appointment. The lab collaborates with hospitals, medical centers, and major device companies. On-site with hourly pay of $20-$25, 30-40 hours per week.
