Intern will support the Total Rewards (TR) team with reporting (Phantom Stock Option, annual nomination, salary review planning, and Global Mgt. Incentive) processes, assist with rewards projects, conduct research on policies and market practices, and prepare compensation-related analyses across countries and regions. Requires familiarity with MS Office, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ideally Python and data analytics tools; 6-month commitment preferred. Cross-cultural, diverse, and flexible work environment.
