Under close supervision, this full-time position provides foundational knowledge of tools, equipment, shop safety, and J.B. Hunt shop rules, policies, and procedures. The trainee will learn to become efficient in air brake systems and FHWA inspections and the general repairs associated with them. The role may involve outdoor work, shifts including nights and/or weekends, and overtime; full-time attendance is required.
