Trainee program for graduates of technical/economic universities in the energy sector. The program lasts 12 or 24 months, with internships across EG.D in different departments, mentorship from management, and opportunities to choose areas such as Elektroenergetik, Elektroenergetik with economics, or Elektrotechnik with IT. Part of the program is spent in České Budějovice and Brno, with possibility of an international internship; English language skills recommended; part of EG.D, a.s., member of the E.ON group.
