Responsibilities include motor body design and testing, developing test plans and performance evaluations, supporting production ramp-up, improving manufacturing processes to reduce cost, coordinating with sales and customers on design changes, and updating related motor standards. Requires master's or higher in motor/mechanical/electromechanical engineering; proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Maxwell and Office; fluent in English reading/writing (oral preferred).
