Trainee Bus Driver role based in Stevenage, UK. Pay rate £14.50-£20.19 per hour. During Training and Mentoring: Basic Rate £14.50 per hour, Overtime £15.70 per hour. After Training and Mentoring: Basic Rate £18.35 per hour, Overime £20.19 per hour. Full paid training to obtain a PCV licence through Arriva Training School (training generally lasts approx, 4 weeks, first week at Luton depot and remainder at Stevenage) with mentoring thereafter. Rotating shift pattern: 5 days in 7 with shifts starting 04:00, 12:00, or 18:00 depending on rotation; overtime available.
