Placement in EMA's Legal Department in Amsterdam for motivated graduates or students (Erasmus+ or similar programme, PhD or Master's students). The trainee will support three offices—Pharma Law and Support to Core Business Office, Litigation Office, and General Affairs and Anti-Fraud Office—in delivering legal assistance to the Agency. Tasks include assisting on ongoing projects from general pharmaceutical legislation to handling requests for access to documents, providing operational support across services (e.g., inquiries from the European Ombudsman and litigation activities), and assisting Legal Administrators by attending meetings, writing reports on legal matters, and researching case law. Intake on 1 March 2027; deadline for applications 30 September 2026 23:59 CEST. The EMA is a decentralised EU agency located in Amsterdam.
