Includes practical experience across roles such as uitvoerder, projectmanager, engineer, consultant, werkvoorbereider, projectontwikkelaar en tekenaar-constructeur, plus extensive training, coaching and development. 40-hour weeks with 32 hours hands-on learning and 8 hours of training; startsalaris €2.900 (HBO) or €3.200 (WO) gross per month; includes a job guarantee after completion.
