Join Xcel Energy's PSCo Transmission Planning team to support steady-state, dynamic stability, and EMT studies; develop and validate transmission models using industry tools such as PSS E, PSLF, TARA, DSATools, and PSCAD; collaborate with planning, operations, protection, and modelling groups; contribute to DOE initiatives and seek publication-ready technical papers and conference presentations (IEEE, CIGRE, ESIG).
