Job Description Summary Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Recruitment, the Student Recruiter - Graduate Programs is a key member of the College of Nursing's growing marketing and enrollment team. This position is responsible for driving prospective student engagement and enrollment across the College's online graduate portfolio, including Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Post-Graduate Certificate, and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs. This is a growth-focused, relationship-driven position for an individual who enjoys connecting with people, using data to identify opportunities, and turning interest into action. The Student Recruiter owns the prospective student experience from initial inquiry through matriculation and plays a direct role in increasing awareness, engagement, application completion, and enrollment. The Student Recruiter will serve as a primary user and strategic contributor within the College's customer relationship management (CRM) platform. The position will use prospect behavior, engagement data, campaign activity, and enrollment funnel metrics to prioritize outreach, personalize communications, identify barriers, and improve conversion. The role works at the intersection of marketing, technology, data, relationship management, and enrollment growth. The Student Recruiter will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing & Recruitment, Assistant Deans, Program Directors, faculty, Student Services, and Admissions to develop and execute recruitment strategies that support the College's enrollment priorities. The College of Nursing is investing in significant growth across its graduate programs and expanding how it reaches and engages nurses and healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys building, testing new approaches, solving problems, and improving processes rather than simply maintaining existing ones. Success in this role will be demonstrated through strong prospective student engagement, improved movement through the enrollment funnel, exceptional customer service, and measurable contributions to graduate enrollment growth.

Job Description
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant program experience.
Experience in recruitment, enrollment, admissions, sales, business development, customer success, marketing, student services, or another relationship-focused, customer-facing environment.
Experience using CRM systems, student information systems, or similar technologies to manage communications, relationships, pipelines, or engagement.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and provide a high level of customer service.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Preferred Qualifications Three to five years of experience in recruitment, enrollment management, admissions, sales, business development, customer success, digital marketing, or a related growth-oriented field.
Experience managing a prospective customer or student pipeline from initial interest through conversion.
Experience using data, customer insights, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve engagement or conversion outcomes.
Experience recruiting for or marketing online academic programs, healthcare, nursing, health professions, graduate education, or other professional programs.
Experience developing or executing targeted digital engagement, lead-generation, or lead-nurturing strategies.
Experience working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, or rapidly changing environment.
Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Anthology, Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
Familiarity with NursingCAS or other centralized application systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple academic programs, audiences, campaigns, and enrollment cycles simultaneously.
Strong presentation, consultative communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to use creativity and initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
Graduate Enrollment Growth & Recruitment – 40%
Own recruitment and enrollment activity for assigned graduate programs, managing prospective students from initial inquiry through matriculation.
Develop and execute individualized recruitment strategies based on prospective student interests, program, enrollment stage, engagement, and barriers to enrollment.
Build meaningful relationships with prospective students through phone, email, text, virtual meetings, information sessions, webinars, and other engagement channels.
Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted resource for prospective students navigating graduate nursing education and complex program pathways.
Clearly communicate program offerings, admission requirements, curriculum pathways, online learning formats, career opportunities, and enrollment processes.
Proactively identify opportunities to move prospective students forward in the enrollment funnel.
Re-engage prospective students who have stopped progressing or demonstrated declining engagement.
Support strategies to increase inquiry-to-application and application-to-enrollment conversion.
Represent the College of Nursing at virtual and in-person recruitment events, professional events, employer outreach activities, and other strategic recruitment opportunities.
Partner with Marketing to convert campaign-generated leads into meaningful recruitment engagement and enrollment outcomes.
Provide feedback regarding prospective student ques
