Eight-week summer internship in Baringa's Organization, Performance & Change (OPC) practice, designed to give hands-on consulting experience. Interns will explore questions such as how teams are organized, how to create lasting value, what needs to change for a strategy to work, how leaders bring people along, and how culture, capabilities and ways of working are developed. Projects vary week to week and involve breaking down problems, analyzing datasets to inform decisions, and identifying ways to make work more effective for clients.
