Utilities Project Engineer trainee to support the planning, construction, and commissioning of pure water, cooling tower and wastewater utility projects. Responsibilities include design/engineering, coordination with stakeholders, construction plans and submittals, site visits, project scheduling, reporting, permitting/compliance, and commissioning/start-up activities. Based in Central Singapore under Roche’s Attach & Train Program.
