Veterinary Technician Student Externship - Nora, IN

Unpaid Veterinary Technician Student Externship program at VEG offering a hands-on, immersive experience in emergency medicine. You’ll be mentored on the floor by credentialed emergency veterinary technicians and gain exposure to triage, diagnostics, anesthesia, and inpatient care. Eligibility: enrolled in an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology or nursing program (or pursuing accreditation) with externship hours; rabies vaccination; ability to stand for prolonged hours and lift up to 25 kg; willingness to work in a noisy environment. Location flexibility: choose the VEG hospital based on availability; externship length is flexible. Note: this is an unpaid opportunity.
