Program Overview

EXL's Vocational Internship Program is designed to provide students with practical workplace experience while they continue their academic studies. The intern will work one day per week, gaining exposure to consulting, business operations, project management, data analysis, and professional workplace practices through structured learning and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Assist project teams with research, data collection, and analysis activities.

Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and business documentation.

Participate in team meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Maintain project trackers, action logs, and status updates.

Assist with process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Support administrative and coordination activities across ongoing projects.

Learn and apply professional communication, collaboration, and workplace etiquette.

Complete assigned learning objectives and development activities under mentor guidance.

Provide periodic progress updates and maintain internship learning records.

Learning Outcomes

Over the course of the program, the intern will:

Develop business communication and professional workplace skills.
