Responsibilities include creating content for TikTok, Instagram and other platforms; supporting photo/video shoots and possibly acting as a content creator/model; engaging with the community by answering questions, commenting, and building follower relationships; monitoring and analyzing content performance and identifying ways to improve; tracking market and competitor activity to stay up to date. Requirements: enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field; strong knowledge of social media platforms and usage habits; creative with the ability to craft engaging content and write good copy; willing to pitch in, able to work independently and in a team; comfortable with data analysis and deriving actionable recommendations; prior experience in Social Media Marketing is a plus but beginners are welcome; available for at least 6 months with about 20 hours per week (flexible up to 40 hours during semester holidays).
