Werkstudent position in SiC epitaxy at Fraunhofer IISB in Erlangen. You will work in the cleanroom and contribute to the characterization of SiC epitaxial layers (thickness, doping, defect balance), perform wet-chemical sample cleaning, collect data from experiments, transfer samples between characterization stations, and summarize results. The role is initially limited to one year; weekly hours are flexible to fit study schedules. Pay is according to the Gesamtbetriebsvereinbarung for student assistants.
