Role: Werkstudent (w/m/d) IT Service Desk at SSI Schäfer Automation GmbH in Giebelstadt, Germany. Part-time student position supporting the IT Service Desk onsite with local and remote user support; tasks include assisting employees with IT questions and issues, on-site and remote support via hotline and ticketing system, installation and maintenance of computer workstations, and collaboration on internal IT projects (rollouts, modernization). Qualifications include pursuing studies in (business) informatics, business administration, STEM fields or related; technical affinity; friendly demeanor; knowledge of PC environments; MS Office skills; very good German and good English.
