Paid Nurse Extern Program (Winter 2026) at Chambersburg Hospital. 4-6 week paid clinical externship in one unit with 1:1 RN preceptor and rotating shifts. Start dates: November 30, December 14, or December 28. RN students entering final semester/year considered; requires completion of Medical Surgical rotation and current standing in nursing program. Units available: Emergency Department, Critical Care Unit, Intermediate Care Unit, Medical & Surgical Units, Acute Rehab. At completion, may continue employment as Nursing Assistant (minimum 12 hours per month).
