Winter Nurse Extern Program for senior nursing students in York, PA. Provides at least 72 hours of paid clinical experience during winter break with a 1:1 RN preceptor. Open to students graduating Spring/Summer 2026 who have completed medical-surgical clinical rotation. Limited opportunities in Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit and Surgical Rotation (Pre-Op, PACU, Post-Surgical). Requires enrollment in an accredited nursing program and Basic Life Support upon hire; completion of at least one medical-surgical clinical rotation prior to Summer externship.
