Working Student Accounting Accounts Payable (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Independently process all incoming invoices received by email, including review, account assignment, and preparation for posting

Handle incoming mail, filing, and provide general administrative support to the Finance team

Support small accounting projects, e.g. redesigning month-end closing processes or account clean-up activities

Assist with various month-end closing tasks, such as data preparation, sample checks, and reporting support

Your profile:

Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field

Interest in accounting and financial processes, ideally with some basic initial knowledge

Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel

Good written and spoken German and English skills

Independent and reliable way of working
