Task & Responsabilities

You reconcile customer accounts and ensure that invoices and incoming payments are correctly allocated. In this context, you communicate with customers and collection agencies.

You support the optimization and further development of the dunning and collection process.

You record and review incoming supplier invoices in Navision.

You prepare VAT reports and relevant documentation for our tax advisors.

You support the further development and optimization of our accounting and controlling processes

Role requirements

You are currently studying Finance, Accounting or Controlling, or you have completed relevant vocational training.

You ideally have some initial practical experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable.

You work reliably, carefully and in a structured manner.

You handle confidential information responsibly.

You ideally have experience using accounting software.

You have good knowledge of MS Excel.

You have excellent communication skills and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
