The spin-off company SoreAlert (website) is developing a smart plaster that prevents pressure ulcers before they develop. This helps patients, makes the day-to-day work of carers easier and takes the strain off the healthcare system. A key feature of the smart plaster is its medical-grade firmware, which we wish to test comprehensively using a hardware-in-the-loop test bench. To support our team in research and development, we are looking for a motivated student to join us with immediate effect.
