You will support HR Business Partners in day-to-day activities, coordinate onboarding sessions, maintain People systems and prepare data analyses and presentations, contribute to employee engagement initiatives, and research trends in leadership, learning and employee experience. Applicants must be enrolled in a business, social sciences, or HR-related program, have at least two semesters remaining, and be comfortable working in English; German language skills at C1 level are required for daily collaboration.
