Key Accountabilities

Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research projects, and professional development activities.

Support the Business Resumption team within Corporate Risk Management on organizational resiliency activities, including disaster recovery, third-party resiliency, business continuity, and incident and crisis response.

Coordinate the review of cyber or ransomware response plans by contacting plan owners, establishing deadlines, scheduling review meetings, communicating expectations, and helping ensure plans are updated on time.

Collaborate with plan owners throughout the organization to coordinate assigned work, manage deadlines, and guide plan review conversations.

Support resiliency and preparedness activities related to technology recovery, vendor recovery capabilities, critical business processes, and incident response.

Gain exposure to adjacent Corporate Risk Management functions, which may include Information Security Risk Management and Records Information Management.

Apply training and feedback while building skills in project coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and risk awareness.

Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines, and complete additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

Required

Associate's Degree student with sophomore, junior, or senior standing at the time of internship start date; must not have graduated prior to internship start date.

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree student with sophomore, junior, or senior standing at the time of internship start date; must not have graduated prior to internship start date.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Comfort learning specialized recovery-planning and emergency-notification systems.
