Summer Intern in AIG's Specialty Energy underwriting team for a 9-week program (June 7–August 6, 2027) in the United States (New York, NY or Chicago, IL). In-person internship requiring office presence at least four days per week. You will support evaluation and underwriting of risks across traditional and renewable energy, review underwriting submissions and data to inform risk selection, pricing, and coverage decisions, collaborate with underwriters, risk engineers, claims professionals, and multinational specialists to develop tailored insurance solutions, and build relationships with brokers and clients. The program includes instructor-led masterclasses, mentoring circles, networking events, and volunteering; upon completion, interns may be considered for a role in the internship location, with the Analyst program beginning in July 2028.
