2027 Elevate Program and 2028 State and Local Tax - Income Franchise Intern

Power Your Future: Elevate is RSM's premier early career program designed for accounting students, featuring a three-day leadership conference (January 5–8, 2027) with travel and expenses covered, followed by year-long development experiences to grow skills in communication, collaboration, business acumen, and professional networking. The State and Local Tax Intern position is based in Chicago; interns work on multiple client engagements, develop understanding of state and local tax regulations, and travel to assigned client locations. Elevate travel/participation expenses are covered, but compensation for Elevate is not provided; internship compensation begins upon commencement of internship employment with RSM.
