Qnity's Early Career LEAP Rotational Program develops the next generation of engineering leaders through meaningful experiences across manufacturing, technology, automation, digital manufacturing, and operations. Participants rotate through at least three assignments (approximately 18 months each) with mentorship, gaining exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies, data analytics, process optimization, and operational excellence. Program locations span multiple U.S. sites (Wilmington, Newark, Marlborough, Schaumburg, Bayport, Circleville, Towanda). Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, a 3.0 GPA, at least six months of relevant paid internship/co-op experience, and legal right to work in the U.S. The program emphasizes geographic flexibility to support developmental opportunities across locations and willingness to relocate as needed.
