Qnity's Early Career LEAP Rotational Program develops the next generation of engineering leaders through structured rotations across manufacturing, technology, automation, digital manufacturing, and operations. The program includes a minimum of three assignments (each ~18 months) exposing participants to advanced manufacturing technologies, data analytics, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to work at multiple U.S. locations such as Wilmington, Newark (DE), Marlborough (MA), Schaumburg (IL), Bayport (TX), Circleville (OH), and Towanda (PA).
