Location: Boston
Our 2027 Summer Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. This 10-week internship provides you with realistic experiences and information of what it is like to work at Guardian.
Internship Dates:
The internship program will run from Thursday, May 27, 2027- Friday, August 6, 2027.

You are:
A current junior (graduation date of May 2028) who is fueled by collaboration, able to listen and make quick decisions and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Analytical approach to problem-solving and comfort working with data in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage priorities, learn quickly, and turn insights into clear recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in product management, employee benefits, absence management, or financial services
Comfort using data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly
You will:
Analyze absence, product KPI’s, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Research competitor, client, and regulatory trends across FMLA, ADA, and State Leave programs
Support Absence Roadmap, ACE Digital Experience, reporting, and go-to-market deliverables
Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors, and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career

Build a network of colleagues and have a sense of community with other interns and other parts of the business
Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts, and other information

Eligibility:
Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship are not available for this position.

Salary Range:
$20.00 - $35.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
