The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week internship focused on manufacturing process improvement, including development of work instructions, implementation of 6S methodologies, analysis of production workflows, and support for maintenance system data management. Interns will work on manufacturing floor problem-solving, conduct time studies, evaluate process efficiency, collaborate with operations and engineering, and deliver a presentation to local management at the end of the program.
