2027 Summer Intern, Finance & Accounting Leadership Accelerator

The 10-week Finance and Accounting Leadership Accelerator (FALA) internship is a paid program for current college students placed within Bristol Myers Squibb’s Global Finance community across controllership, technical accounting, treasury, FP&A, global internal audit, and commercial finance. Interns work on real-world assignments and deliver a capstone presentation to finance leadership at the end of the internship. All internships are based out of Central New Jersey with mentorship and professional development opportunities; top performers may be considered for full-time roles.
