Job Description
We offer graduate opportunities in various business streams:
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation (Civil, Structure, Project Management, Traffic and Transport Planning)
Our Transportation Engineering teams provide professional services across Aviation, Railway, Highways and Bridges, Ports and Marine, Civil Infrastructure, and Climate Resilience and Change. From traffic and infrastructure planning, engineering and design to project and design management, procurement, project programming, supply chain management, construction supervision and commissioning, we support our clients throughout the full project lifecycle.
GEOTECHNICAL & GEOLOGY
(Civil and Geotechnical + Engineering Geology)
Our Geotechnical expertise provides robust foundation for infrastructure development. We help our clients to overcome complex geotechnical challenges on their projects by developing viable solutions. We provide one-stop access to a full range of services for an efficient and effective delivery of geotechnical solutions covering reclamation, ground improvement, deep excavation, foundations, slopes, site formation, tunnels and caverns, feasibility study, detailed design as well as project management including contract administration and construction supervision. Engineering Geology is a separate sub-stream under the Geotechnical team. Our geological specialists support the geotechnical team and provide professional geological services including ground investigation planning, natural terrain hazard assessments, landslide investigations, regional hillside catchment risk assessment, metasedimentary rock studies and 3D ground modelling to help manage geotechnical risk and facilitate the safe and cost-effective design and construction of engineering works.
WATER
(Civil, Electrical and Mechanical)
We cannot imagine a world without water, so we imagine smarter ways to manage, preserve, and produce this vital resource. Sustainable solutions for people and nature require deep understanding of how urban and rural infrastructure connects with the ecosystems around it. Building on that foundation, our Water team delivers comprehensive solutions across the full water cycle — potable water, rainwater, wastewater, wet-weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, and community infrastructure — through both traditional and alternative delivery models, including program management, design-build and digital delivery.
BUILDING ENGINEERING – STRUCTURAL
(Structural, Façade, Material and Project & Construction Management)
We have brought to life many of the world’s iconic buildings, solving the complex challenges that often accompany pioneering ideas, through our ability to deploy leading edge technology such as virtual and augmented reality, as well as tap into the relevant experience across our global network. Our Building Engineering, Structural Engineering team delivers creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors. Our specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design. We embed sustainability, ESG and ED&I principles in every design.
BUILDING ENGINEERING – MEP
(HVAC / Fire Services / Plumbing & Drainage / Electrical / Electronics / Fire Engineering / Sustainability / Tunnel Ventilation / Building Services / Mechanical)
Our M&E team is involved in the related engineering design and construction of all types of buildings and infrastructure projects including commercial, industrial, leisure, sports, resorts, institutional, residential, public housing and healthcare projects. Infrastructure projects include railway, airport, highway, tunnels and specialist systems in information communication technology, airport systems, security systems, sustainability and fire engineering.
