Arrangement Counselor Trainee

Trainee will complete Rose Hills’ At-Need Arranger Training program to become an Arrangements Counselor. The role includes trainer-led instruction, departmental cross-training, observation of arrangement meetings, and hands-on training, followed by performing funeral and cemetery arrangements with accuracy, presenting and selling products and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations, and supporting the Family Service Program. Notary services are provided as part of the arrangements process; licensing and testing requirements may apply.
