Summer 2027 internship program (12 weeks) designed to immerse you in the day-to-day activities of the debt asset management team. Runs May 31 to August 20. Hybrid internship requiring 3 days in the office in Dallas. Responsibilities include analyzing loan documents and investment committee memoranda, preparing credit recommendations, gathering market data, maintaining rent rolls, and building asset-level reports in Excel. Two projects: a team project and a capstone final project. Requires undergraduate study in finance or real estate. Base pay listed as $25/hour; discretionary bonus may be available; comprehensive benefits.
