We are looking for a Banking & Treasury Junior Accountant to be based in our Poznań Office for 1 year fixed-term contract.

What you will be doing:

Correct and timely processing of bank statements

Correct and timely processing of automatic and manual payments and identification of errors

Reconcile bank accounts (SAP balances with bank statements) and clear technical bank accounts (in, out)

Supporting maintenance of cash management structures

Input to cashflow forecasting on entity level

Preparing of basic local audit files and facilitating of audits (internal and external)

Communicating identified needs and ideas for improvements (process/workload efficiencies, best practices, cost reductions, business opportunities)

Acting as a flexible back up and supporting other team members in daily operational and in month end closing related activities

Ensuring compliance with internal policies, KPI, SLA, standard operating procedure, internal controls, Group Standards, Controllers Manual and external legislation

What you bring:

Bachelor's in Accounting, Economics or related fields;

Solid accounting knowledge;

Basic knowledge of SAP FI system (will be an asset);

English - intermediate;

Good knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Outlook;

Analytical and problem-solving skills;

Customer-oriented and proactive approach.
