Business Development Analyst Intern

Location: Paris

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Analyst Intern to join our Strategy & Business Development team in Paris, ideally from January 2027. You will report to the Strategy & Business Development Manager.

Within the scope (Indices, ETFs and Securitised Derivatives), you will be responsible for:

Assist the Strategy & Business Development team in strategic planning and execution, involving particularly in delivering the division’s ambitious strategic roadmap as part of Euronext’s 2027 strategic plan

Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business growth

Support the team in coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives

Maintain and developing strong intelligence sources to gather insights on the competitive landscape and the business unit's activities

Support the steering and coordination of strategic plan initiatives to achieve the business plan’s objectives

Your profile:

Final or penultimate year student from a university, business school or engineering school, with strong academic credentials

Previous internship in Financial Markets, Corporate Finance or in a Strategy Consulting firm or equivalent experience

Strong understanding of financial services

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of a wide span of complex strategic, operational and regulatory matters

Proven ability to deliver results and drive projects from inception to completion

Fluent in English; Fluency in French will be a plus

Desired skills

Good knowledge / interest in the financial industry

Interest in the technology industry

Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint

Strong organizational skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Experience in project management

Fast learner, proactive behavior and entrepreneurial mindset
