Driver Trainee will be trained by Republic Services to obtain a commercial driver’s license (CDL) and then move into a Driver position within Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or Roll-Off lines of business. The program includes classroom study, on-route training, driving experience, and resources to take and pass the CDL exam, followed by at least 12 months of employment after obtaining the CDL.
