Chemical Engineering Intern in Butler, PA. Offers co-op opportunities with universities and potential for future full-time employment. Responsibilities include analyzing product failure data and laboratory test results, conducting tests on raw materials or finished products, determining methods for fabricating and joining materials, designing and directing testing and control of processing procedures, evaluating technical specifications and economic factors related to process or product design, monitoring material performance and deterioration, planning and implementing laboratory operations for developing material and fabrication procedures, and reviewing new product plans for manufacturability. May supervise a crew of hourly employees; other duties as assigned. Requires enrollment in a BS in Chemical Engineering or related technical degree and completion of sophomore year by summer 2027; must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
