Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and prioritizing user requests, troubleshooting hardware and application issues, resolving basic technical problems, maintaining records of IT support activities and contributing to the knowledge base, assisting with IT asset management, and delivering friendly, professional support to end-users.
