Paid, full-time internship for 3 months in Client Operations/Client Service. Remote (Belgrade) with CET hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; one role follows a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and the other follows a Sunday–Thursday schedule. Potential to convert to full-time at Rho after the internship. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, troubleshooting issues, gaining deep knowledge of Rho’s product and processes, analyzing client feedback and recurring issues for improvements, collaborating with other departments, and exposure to AI, automation, and modern tools.
