Project examples include: defining and documenting process parameters; support design efforts for product development; quantify and lead actions needed for scrap reduction. Development opportunities through tasks such as projects, job rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes. Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, pursuing an academic degree, maintaining a 2.5 GPA, experience in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication ability (written & verbal), must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
