Philip Morris International's Future in Progress is a 24-month cross-functional graduate program with three 8-month rotations. From day one, graduates work on real projects and gain hands-on experience across teams, supported by a premium learning curriculum with workshops, training sessions, digital tools, and mentorship from senior leaders. Rotations can include Smoke-Free, Commercial, and Corporate Functions, with an emphasis on collaboration and building a professional network. Location: Taguig City, National Capital Region, Philippines (onsite).
