Job Description

You will support commercial project management activities for Bosch's GM portfolio while helping drive business process improvements through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. In this role, you will work closely with commercial, engineering, finance, purchasing, and program management teams to analyze data, improve reporting processes, and support customer-facing initiatives. You will have the opportunity to identify inefficiencies, develop automation solutions, and leverage emerging AI technologies, including Agentic AI, to improve team productivity and decision-making. This position provides hands-on exposure to automotive business operations, commercial program management, and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Commercial Project Support – You will support commercial project managers in tracking program deliverables, schedules, customer commitments, and business objectives.

Reporting & Analytics – You will create, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business and customer decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – You will work with engineering, finance, sales, purchasing, and program management teams to gather information and support program execution.

Process Improvement – You will identify opportunities to simplify and standardize business processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.

AI & Automation Development – You will leverage AI, Copilot, Agentic AI, and automation tools to create solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes.

Data Management – You will organize, validate, and analyze project, commercial, and operational data to support business decisions.

Customer & Executive Presentations – You will assist in preparing reports, presentations, status updates, and executive-level communication materials.

Digital Transformation Initiatives – You will support implementation of innovative technologies and automation workflows across the organization.

Change Management Support – You will assist with commercial change management activities, including tracking program changes and related business impacts.

Continuous Improvement – You will research emerging technologies and recommend new tools, processes, and best practices that create measurable business value.

Travel Requirements

Up to 10% domestic travel as business needs require.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

Must be enrolled in an accredited university throughout the duration of the internship/co-op.

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with data analysis, reporting, or business process improvement projects.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools.

Interest in automotive technologies and program management.

Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.

Experience developing automation workflows, copilots, agents, or AI-enabled business solutions.

Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, prompt engineering, business process automation, or intelligent workflow orchestration.

Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and innovation.
