Role: Diesel Technician Apprentice. Location: Odessa, TX. Two-year Technician Apprenticeship program with paid hands-on training to become a Republic Services entry-level diesel mechanic. Training starts with 9 weeks of company-paid training at the Republic Services Technical Institute in Dallas, TX, followed by 22 months of on-the-job training nationwide with mentorship and virtual instruction. Successful graduates pursue Apprentice certification.
